We Did, Crashed !! I Learned a lot.
90 Lakhs of Revenue & Crashed, CafeAffair® a Unit of : Azitra Hospitality Private Limited.
We were three 20 years old friends earning livelyhood at our own levels, collaborated to venture into food business. My priority was to launch a brand and my friends supported me and we bought cafeaffair dot com for 600USD, and filed for IPR. In just 6 months mirracle happens and we got trademark registered before all brand packaging printing to happen. Finally we launched and after 2 days nation went lockdown. We lost around food raw material worth 50k and re opened in lockdown II, as there was an approval to open food outlets. We took very professional approach to hygiene and our customers loved the way what we was doing. For two years we were the only one to have Sanitzer placed at enterance door, outside washroom, at POS station along with wet wipes and even body lotion at POS. We loved the customers using the facilities. After nearing 90 Lakhs of revenue in 18 months, WE CRASHED !! Why ? The story is very exciting with lots of learnings, will be sharing in my upcoming book by Mid 2026.

Tried hands on building meranation - discounts ka station, in the year of 2016. At meranation dot com we tried to book hotels, salon deal, restaurant and bar deal, and all kind of Offline to Online deals in retun of coupon codes with customers. We failed as in 2016 we was new to ecommerce, and in punjab, himachal like states internet means only social media, in 2016 people was not ready for mobile app, and we too did not raised funds, and there was least connectivity to ecosystem.
